subscription service, placing a custom order, downloading digital
content, or using our website, you acknowledge and agree to the
following Terms & Conditions.
These Terms apply to all Walls of Heart products, services,
subscriptions, memberships, custom orders, digital products, and
website use.
1. General Information
Walls of Heart reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these
Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. By placing an
order, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to
all policies, product descriptions, installation instructions,
disclaimers, and terms listed throughout the website. All products are
intended for decorative use only.
2. Product Information
Walls of Heart offers products including, but not limited to,
peel-and-stick classroom door wraps, half door wraps, peel-and-stick
decal kits, desk wraps, bulletin board decor, personalized products,
printed banners, wall graphics, seasonal decor, subscription products,
digital products, and custom printed items.
All product photos, videos, mockups, and advertisements are for example
purposes only and may not represent exact sizing, placement, or final
appearance. Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings,
lighting, printer settings, material batches, ink absorption, and
device displays. Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly
during production and trimming.
3. Customization & Personalization
Customization is only offered on products that allow it. If the product
does not include customization, requested changes may require an
additional customization fee. Personalization is printed exactly as
entered. Customers are responsible for checking all names, grades,
wording, spelling, and selections before submitting the order. Walls of
Heart is unable to provide free reprints for customer-submitted errors.
4. Window-Friendly Templates
Window-friendly templates are designed with a standard blank area to
accommodate the wide variety of classroom door window sizes and
placements. Walls of Heart intentionally leaves this designated area
free of graphics.
Because customers do not provide exact window measurements, the blank
area may not align perfectly with every specific classroom door window.
By selecting a window-friendly template, the customer acknowledges and
accepts the standard template placement.
Variations in window size, location, or alignment do not qualify an
order for a refund, replacement, exchange, or reprint. Customers are
responsible for selecting the window-friendly option that best fits
their door before placing the order.
5. Installation
Installation is the customer's responsibility. We recommend carefully
following the provided instructions. While we use high-quality
materials, Walls of Heart is not responsible for damage caused by
improper installation, removal, unsuitable surfaces, or surface
conditions.
