Subscription Schedule
Our subscription season runs July through April. Your subscription is automatically paused during May and June. No monthly payments or shipments occur during these months. It automatically resumes in July. In July you will be charged the annual onboarding fee (if applicable) and the current monthly subscription price at the same time. Prices are subject to change.
Door Wrap Club Design Selection
Door Wrap Club subscribers receive an email and text around the 1st of each month. You must choose your design by the end of the 3rd. If no choice is received, Walls of Heart will choose one for you. No exceptions. This allows us to keep production on schedule for all subscribers.
Decal Kit Club
Decal Kit subscriptions are a monthly surprise. Designs cannot be selected. All subscribers receive that month’s exclusive decal kit. Decal Kits are never personalized.
Personalization
Only eligible July launch Door Wrap Club subscribers who enroll before the subscription season and receive the July shipment (August classroom décor) qualify for personalization. Subscribers joining after July are not eligible. Decal Kits are never personalized.
Billing
Subscriptions automatically renew on the 1st of each active subscription month. By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments. Declined payments may be retried and shipments may be delayed until payment is received.
Three-Month Commitment
Every subscription requires a minimum of three consecutive monthly billing cycles regardless of when you join. Example: join in September, commitment runs through November.
Your commitment helps us keep our prices low and ensures we can serve all of our subscribers on time. If you cancel before completing your three-month commitment, a $65 cancellation fee will apply in addition to that month’s subscription charge. You will be billed for both amounts. If payment is not received, the balance will be considered unpaid, and legal action may be taken. We truly value your support and just ask that you honor the commitment that allows us to continue offering this rate.
Cancellation
After completing your three-month commitment, email wallsofheartdecals@gmail.com at least 48 hours before your renewal date to cancel. Requests received after the deadline apply to the next billing cycle. We do not accept cancellations through social media or text.
Shipping
Orders generally ship around the 15th of the month before classroom use. Keep your shipping address updated. Orders sent to an outdated address due to no notification require replacement and shipping charges.
Installation
Install at your own risk and follow all instructions. Because paint and wall conditions vary, Walls of Heart is not responsible for paint lifting, wall damage, surface damage, or installation errors. Products damaged during installation are not replaced free of charge. Replacement products require payment plus shipping.
Refunds
Annual onboarding fees and monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. No exchanges, pauses, skipped months, or refunds are offered.
