It is highly encouraged to buy a sample before placing a larger order to ensure the product meets your expectations.

- Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email is not a guarantee of product availability.

- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Only damaged packages will receive a refund upon receiving images of the damage.
- Non-returnable items: Custom or personalized decals are non-refundable unless defective.

For optimal results, please follow our provided installation guidelines. Walls of Heart is not responsible for any damage to surfaces resulting from improper installation or removal of decals.
